it was a super YOLO trip for me because i went to most of the tourist spots allll by my own.
it was a great experience tho. they kept on saying that i so yolo, can list down all the to-go-places and figure out how to go it by public transports, alone.
i think it's because i'd been staying in KL for the past few years and by then i'm very master in taking public transport already.
plus, i kept telling myself that i can survive in KL such a "safe" city, for sure i won't die in SG right haha.
so let's photos tell the story :)
DAY 01-
walked back to hotel alone at night because no one is free to send me back
without knowing the exact location of the hotel, holding only the map drawn by simin
luckily i reached hotel without losing my way.
it would be a great hangout place at night i guess
there 's not much activities during the day except seeing people walking around from one place to another. would probably come at night next time.
this place showed a drastic contrast with clark quey during day time.
it was crowded and i could see almost 2/3 of the crowds are tourists.
most of the stalls are selling similar items such as magnet, chinatown tshirt, handmade craft and some chinese traditional stuffs.

DAY 01-
I was taking boat instead of bus or flight. it was a new experience
FYI, i went to a jetty nearby Desaru beach in Johor. (forget the name already)
i was so lucky that i could able to catch a boat without early booking.
i was told that the jetty is no longer providing daily boat to SG when i arrived the jetty.
because people were not likely taking boat nowadays. the boat only operate during weekends nowadays
luckily i met an uncle who was going to send lobsters to SG.
He kindly offered me to 'tumpang' his boat, my dad was quite worry about me when he saw the lobsters, but that was the only way for me to go SG on that day so i can only follow hahaha.
the lobsters at behind haha
this is downstairs of Anwar's apartment.
Anwar is the one that picked me up at Changi Point jetty. thankgod he was able to come if not i'll die there cuz i'd no Sg dollar with me and my phone can't call. lol
true friend never leave you behind hehehehe
safely arrived to NUS architecture studio!
everyone was busy doing their work, i sat for whole day the first day.
everyone was busy doing their work, i sat for whole day the first day.
finally it's time for lunch, it's time for them to finally free to talk to me.
surprisingly Anwar's car could fit 12 people!
walked back to hotel alone at night because no one is free to send me back
without knowing the exact location of the hotel, holding only the map drawn by simin

DAY 02-
this was taken during the second day when i decided to explore the city alone.
woke up early in the morning to have a breakfast in hotel before i started my journey while the rest of them continue their work in NUS.
first station: clark quey.
i should've gone there at night..
benefit of going during day time is that there were not much people around, i could selfie without feeling awkward =D
it would be a great hangout place at night i guess
there 's not much activities during the day except seeing people walking around from one place to another. would probably come at night next time.
station 2 : chinatown
china town food street.
this place showed a drastic contrast with clark quey during day time.
it was crowded and i could see almost 2/3 of the crowds are tourists.
most of the stalls are selling similar items such as magnet, chinatown tshirt, handmade craft and some chinese traditional stuffs.
station 3 : gardens by the bay
its not crowded during day time also, i bet it's due to the hot weather
i didn't pay to enter the gardens by the bay cuz i didn't plan to spend on visiting
so i just walked around places that didn't need to pay.
it's quite odd that i walked alone in the place cuz everyone is with their partner or family @@
station 4 : bugis street
came over here cuz i insisted to buy some new clothes but then ended up keep losing my way inside the maze lol
and it was super crowded i felt like vomiting ady. it gave me a feeling of PetalingStreet tho.
don't think i'll come here again next time cuz the things here are not cheap as i expected hehe
went back to NUS after lepaq at bugis street.
DAY 03-
i love this place! i can smell the nature and the air is super fresh
but it's too big to walk the whole garden so i just walked around some spots, a lot of tourists but it's not crowded
saw some people sitting beside the lake and sketching, some families picnic at the field, couples paktor, friends take photos for each other in front of nice flowers. good vibes here. :)
LaoDa called us back to studio right after we had our Magnum mini cone cuz we need to continue work asap T^T
while working on the modeling, we watched a great badminton match! Dato' Lee vs Lindan.
it was the best badminton match i ever watched (i rarely watch badminton match hehehe)
the vibes were so good in the studio cuz we felt the unity in Malaysian' heart.
even the singaporean were amazed by our spirit, they weren't that supporting while Schooling won.
i promised myself must go to uss
since it was the last night in singapore
Anwar, the super kind guy brought us to uss after the badminton match :D

went back to NUS after lepaq at bugis street.
DAY 03-
1028 nude game go strong. super fair skin
super contrast here. tanned skin tan again.
station 1 : botanic garden
i love this place! i can smell the nature and the air is super fresh
but it's too big to walk the whole garden so i just walked around some spots, a lot of tourists but it's not crowded
saw some people sitting beside the lake and sketching, some families picnic at the field, couples paktor, friends take photos for each other in front of nice flowers. good vibes here. :)
i skipped my lunch cuz i don't want to eat alone and i hv no idea what to eat in the fast pace city @@
so i decided to go 7-11 seek for some drinks.
station 2 : haji lane
when i went there it was a friday, so they're having friday prayer at this mosque which i don't know the name. so around the mosque was quite crowded with malays
i felt uncomfortable with the congested traffic there especially the motorists
however, haji lane is one of the favorite places for me
most of the shops having their own identity, shop design is unique in their own way and the decorations are mostly antique and vintage which could win my heart haha
along the street is not crowded, but i heard there would be a totally different street during night time.
would probably come over again next time during night time.
station 3 : merlion park
obviously the papaya milk couldn't last me until dinner, so here's my late lunch, from 7-11 also haha
eat at a pocket park facing this view, amazing hehe
finally! after a longggg walk, cuz i couldn't find :(
wrong timing, again
too hot to stay even though there are trees that provide shades
but there are still mny tourists and singaporeans around, smoking and chit chating
returned to NUS after merlion park cuz i promised to help them out to do modeling
spotted Anwar super focused on his work while we wanted to jio him to go dinner.
ride NUS bus to U town for some atas dinner on this last day in Singapore.
we keep wow-ing all the way from the entrance to the canteen.
this place is too nice for a university, so jealous lo

Anwar, the super kind guy brought us to uss after the badminton match :D
5 of us :)
like finallyyyyy
we spent almost an hour walking from the mrt station to uss
rushed to mrt station wanted to take the last train but we failed
so we decided to GrabCar, but then the uncle gave up on us cuz he couldn't find us i don't know how he willing to T^T
so last last we took bus to a bus station nearer to NUS, then took cab back to NUS.
this sums up my 3 days in Singapore
quite an adventure trip for me
explored the city alone, talked to strangers when i lost my way, talked to bus driver cuz i don't know which station should i go to, stranger talked to me about Christian
through the trip, i learnt something :)
